SwapHK is a local community-based and sustainable non-profit project focused on sustainability and sharing. They host clothing swap events where people can exchange or donate unwanted items for free. Our goal was to differentiate SwapHK from boring old-fashioned flea markets or thrift stores. Instead we wanted people to view these swap events more as a fresh and modern community fashion event where they can meet like-minded people who care not only about sustainablity but also about fashion and clothing. Another challenge was to reach a younger audience without neglecting their existing visitors, that regularly visit the event.
